The New Zealand Underwriters and Development Limited, report that the issue of £10,000 IVi first mortgage debentures offered through their oi-ganisation "by the Grey Lynn Theatre Company, Limited, has been oversubscribed. The corporation has been successful in placing altogether debenture issues totalling £90,000 and A preference share issue of £10,000 within the last 28 days.
