TECHNICAL OLD BOTS.
A highly successful dinner and reunion was held by members of the Technical College Old Boy*" Rngby Football Club <m •Saturday evening. Mr. R. Cooper presiding over a large attendance, including: Messrs. H. Frost and A. Tilly (Auckland Rugby Cnion). P. Mackie and J. Potter (Auckland Rugby Referees' Association). G. J. Park and VV. E. Burleigh (director and sport* master respectively of the Technical College). E. IJoyd (manager of the visiting Hamilton Technical College team). F. SoJomon and M. Linton (representing the North Shore and Clubs respectively).
The club's senior team won the Auckland Rurby Union s B competition this* season and. by reason of their defeat of North Shore, the weakest team in the A division, will play in the senior A series nest vear. and during Saturday evening's function member? of the successful team were pi»sented with caps. The following toast* were honoured: The Club. Auckland Rugby Union. The Referees. Visitors and Kindred Clubs, The College, and The Press.
Musical and <>locutionarr items were contributed by Messrs. W. Brou K h. L. Bicker ton and A. McElwain. Mr. J. Hatton acting as accompanist. s
