WAIPORI TO SAIL.

THIRD ATTEMPT. It is hoped to complete repairs to the Japanese steamer Waipori Marti this afternoon, when the vessel will be dispatched for Newcastle. This will be the vessel's third attempt to go from Auckland to Newcastle. She has twice been turned back, on the first occasion because her coal was running short, and on the second because a cylinder in the circulating pump cracked. As the vessel is not equipped with wireless, the master is not taking any risks.

At Newcastle the vessel is to load coal for Manila. It is proposed to employ her regularly in the Newcastle-Manila coal trade.
