TRANSACTIONS ON 'CHANGE. Commercial Bank of Australasia preference issue were again wanted at £7 5/ today, but no sellers quoted. Bank of New Zealand long term D Mortgage shares sold at £1 6/4. Further transactions took place in Auckland Gas at £1 3/2, and Northern Steam at 14/9. Waihi shares Bold at 12/11, and more were offered at a penny under that figure. N.Z. Government 5% per cent Loan, 1936, were inquired for to-day at £100 17/6.
