The North Auckland Farmers* Co-opera-tive, Limited, will offer at their rooms at 12 noon, to-morrow, shop property situated in Commercial Road. Helensville. and a farm of 04 acres, situated at Pukenul. The buildinjrs consist of house of 7 rooms, shed, and storeroom. These two properties will he offered on behalf of the Public Trustee. Under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, on behalf of the mortgagee, property consisting of a bungalow house of five rooms, together with six acres of land, at Bon Accord Harbour, Kawau. The property has a beautiful bay frontage.
