ELECTION LESSONS.
Outstanding Facts Revealed In Germany. INFLUENCE OF MOSCOW. (United Service.) (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, May 26. The '"Observer's" Berlin correspondent says that the outstanding facts of the general elections are the approach of a peaceful Genua no-Polisli trade agreement, that France will see that every nieasure was taken to fulfil Germany's obligations, that Russia will have no cause to complain, that capital and labour will almost certainly meet in the coalition Government and that increased Communism is attributable to Moscow propaganda and not to German unrest.
If Moscow influence is to continue she will have to arrange a less destructive policy in the Reichstag since decent people are repelled by the offensiveness and the liistrionism of the Communist members.
