The half-yearly report of the directors of the Occidental Una L'nited Hold Mining Company, states that (lining the past six months work has mainly been confined to stoping on No i reef for a distance of 150 ft. Arrangements were made to crush at the Kanik.i Creek mill, hut it. was only aft-r the drought broke that work whs possible. A big tonnage of ore has been paddocked. and It is intended to treat 100 tons to test the value of the reef.
