N./. iH-ef .... — 5 5 4 53 N./!. i>ork — — — .j 7 j trom the above it will be seen that New Zealand farmers are getting much better returns at present than has been the case for a couple of seasons. An exception is indicated in the case of pork, but this line represents a very small proportion of the whole. Moreover the Home pork trade was completely upset when the embargo was put upon the imports of Dutch pork, and a year ago prices had not been stabilised.
