MRS. T. E. TAYLOR SELECTED. UNDER UNITED PARTY'S BANNER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. At a meeting of the United party last evening Mrs. T. E. Taylor was selected as candidate for the Christchurch North seat, and Mr. W. T. Lester as candidate for Lyttelton at the forthcoming general elections. An announcement concerning the other Canterbury seats is promised when the organiser, Mr. Davy, returns from the South.
