SUICIDE IN SEWER.

FORMER MINISTER OF CROWN

(Received 11.30 a.m.) FREMANTLE, this day. Mr. W. E. Wray, a former Minister of the Crown, and Mayor, was found dead at the sewer outlet with liis throat slashed. It is believed he crawled into the pipe and committed suicide.
