The Rev. G. Gordon Bell left for Wellington by last night's train. The Hon. C. J. Carrington went to Wellington by train last evening. Mr. H. Holland, M.P. for Christchurch North, who has been visiting Auckland, left for Wellington by last night's express. Mr. Joseph Norrie, librarian at Leys Institute, will leave Auckland on Sunday to take up his new duties as city librarian in Wellington. Mr. E. E. D. Clarke, of Melbourne, who has been fishing in the Rotorua district, is in Auckland. He is accompanied by Mrs. Clarke. Staying at the Commercial Hotel art Mr. S. F. Grant, of Toowoomba, Queensland, Mr. and Mrs. H. Hardcastle, of Gisborne, and Mr. S. G. Baker, ot Thames. Mr. Dynes Pulton, chairman of directors of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., and Mr. H. H. Sterling, general manager, went to Wellington last night by train. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Williams, of Cambridge, Mr. and Mrs. F. Montague, of Te Aroha, Mr. Joseph Hooper, of Hamilton, and Mr. W. Smith, of Wellington, are staying at the Albert Hotel. Among those at the Star Hotel are Mr. N. Jones, of Te Kuiti, Mr. C. Steere, Mr. C. E. Carr, and Mr. and Mrs. J. Stewart, of Sydney, Mr. R. Graham, of New Plymouth, Mr. J. B. Brosnan, Mr. G. Y. Wilson, Mr. J. H. Forde, and Mr. A. Todd, of Wellington, Mr. C. J. Pryce, of Christchurch, Mr. W. Killick, of Wellington, and Mr. A. Webber, of Dannevirke. Central Hotel guests include Mr. R. H.
