PROPERTY SALES.
C. F. Bennett, Ltd., report that the property in High Street in the Estate of the late Mr. Geo. Walker was passed in at £ 360 per foot on the 50ft frontage. The sales made were three houses in Brighton Road, for removal, Nos. 6, 8 and 10, which were disposed of for £10, £18 10/ and £20.
Messrs. Robert C. Carr and Son report that a dairy farm at Parakai. near Helensville, 37J acres, ■which was offered for sale by public auction to-day, was bought in by the mortgagee. The property had a flve-roomed house and was three-quarters of a mile from the Parakai hot springs. A sub-mortgage on a farm of 93 acres at Preshfield Estate. Horsham Downs, Waikato, together with the buildings, the principal sum being £1300, was sold for £100.
