The concluding day of the Wanganui Trotting 'Club's annual meeting will, be held to-morrow, when the weather promises to be ideal.

. The initial event, the Improvers' Handicap, looks very open. Musical, one of L. F. Berkett's team, might run better than she" did yesterday, and so also should Louie Dillon. Welcome Pearl was always prominent the first day, and Indicator and Electric Gold have chances. The favourites may be Welcome Pearl and Electric Gold.

In.the Borough Trot those engaged are not a good lot. May Reta and Nelson's Request, on the limit, should get backing, and so also will Mokanna and Rangitero. The favourite will likely be Nelson's Request. . Queen Elizabeth, one of J. 11. Corrigan's team, will get solid support in the Suburban Handicap. Hilltop and Abrudbunya should ,go well. The Liverpool Handicap, the chief event, looks very open. Tui Wildwood, Lottie Advance and Gold Dial will be in the betting. " There will not be a big field in the Stewards' Handicap, but that does not make the job any easier for backers. It looks a good race to leave alone, but there may be money for Zolock Wood, who did not leave the mark yesterday. In the Ballance Handicap nobodv "will want to be on anything but Call Bov. The Wanganui Stakes should be" the best race of the day. At the final summing up there shotty be monev for Hostess and Ce Advanceur. ~: T Farewell Handicap should see Direct Todd the favourite.
