DRIVER IN CRITICAL STATE. (By Teh-graph.—Press Association.) OAMARU, Thursday. . A three-seater sedan car, driven, by Mr. Douglas McLeay, motor salesman, of Oamaru, capsized at Georgetown, near Oamaru, at 6 o'clock this evening. Mr. McLeay crawled out of the ear and was picked tip in a dazed condition. He was removed to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is not yet known, ®ut it is understood he is In * critical condition. ~ Ths accident was not witnessed by anybody, but it is : surmised the ear struck a patch of loose gravel.'.
