BOUNDARIES DEFINED. COUNCIL OF 22 MEMBERS. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.**> WELLINGTON, this day. An Order-in-Council defines new boundaries for Auckland City, involving the inclusion of the Tamaki and Orak; i road districts as from April 1. The representation of the whole area is by a. council of 21 members, exclusive of the Mayor, elected from the undivided borough.
