GIBRALTAR, March 28.

The breach of discipline with which Commander H. M. Daniel was charged, refers to a report upon the events connected with the departure of Bear-Admiral Bernard St. G. Coll*rd, which Commander Daniel addressed to Captain G. B. Dewar, the terms'of which were allegedly subfersive of discipline and contrary to the King's Regulations, as they contained criticisms of his superior, Rear-Admiral Collard. Captain Dewar was charged with ,ccepting and forwarding Commander Daniel's letter to Vice-Admiral Kelly, TfJjo was commanding the first battle Muadron. —(A. and N.Z. and Sydney "Sun.")
