WARSAW, March 28.

A lively .scene occurred in the Diet yesterday. \Y hen the newlv-elected members assembled for the first time the Communists shouted: "Down with the Dictatorship."

The Premier, Marshal Pilsudski, was interrupted to such an extent in his reading of the President's address that he summoned the police and seven members were arrested.

Then the Diet by 2(KI votes to 136 elected M. Daszynski president of the Chamber instead of Marshal Pilsudski's candidate, M. Bartel. When M. Daszynski accepted otliee the Premier and his party immediately left the Diet.

On September 20 last there was a scene in the House. A bill to prevent the Government from evading the decisions of Parliament by stopping their promulgation in the official gazette was read a second time. Marshal Pisudski, who had returned unexpectedly from a watering place, said lie would not tolerate dictatiou from Parliament. He tlien issued a decree adjourning it. The members Elected the announcement with tries of "Cowards"' and booing. At the general election on March 0 last the Government party under Marshal Pilsudski won 128 seats out of the 444 seats in the Diet. It was then said that, assuming that the Premier secured the support of the -T6 members of the National Minorities bloc, and the general support of the 73 Socialists in the House, lie might be able to carry out constitutional government instead of a Dictatorship.
