The Naval Appropriate 511 Bill was passed by the House of Ht rpresentatives yesterday. Various minoir amendments dealing with dirigibles, tc., were defeated. .*
The measure provides fa r an expenditure of £73,838.051. This, gum includes funds for continuing the ct instruction of the ten vessels now beinj r built, . the modernising of two others, including the elevation of their guns, t he beginning of the work on two new 4 lirigible§, the building of two more submarine saflvage vessels and additional aeroplanes and the maintenance of mar inc corf)s at home and in Nicaragua ant I China:
