Autumn Meeting At Wingatui. Red Heather Wins Hurdles. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. There is fine weather for the second day of the Oamaru Jockey Club's meeting, which is being held this year at Wingatui. The track is again in excellent condition. Detailed results:— PACIFIC HUKDLES of 140sovs. One mile and a-half. 3—RED HEATHER. 10.4— E. Mackie 1 S—SCION, 9.0 2 2—BEAUTY LIGHT, 10.8 3 Also started : Adjiitor, 10.9 ; Coastguard, 10.7: Hard Prince, 10.2. Won by two lengths, with four lengths between second and third. Time, 2.46. THE SHORTS, of llosovs. For two-year-olds and upwards that have not won a flat race. Six furlongs. 2—KARITANE. B.lo—Wilson 1 I—TARDY. S.lO 2 6—PHASTER, 7.11 3 Also started: All Smiles.
