WORK IK AUSTRAUA. MR. MESSENGER TO REPORT. (By Telegrapb—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The extension of New Zealand's publicity activities in Australia is to receive early attention. Although the actual details have yet to be settled, a decision has been reached by the Publicity Board to send the Government publicity officer, Mr. A. H. Messenger, to the Commonwealth shortly to investigate all matters there in connection with publicity by film and propaganda. Mr. Messenger's mission will occnpy about a month, and be will report to the Government. ..
