DEER-STALKING EXPEDITION.

WAIKATO SPORTSMEN DRAW BLOCK. SEASON IN SOUTH WESTLAND. Mr. W. W. Livingstone, of Matamata, returned from a big game expedition in Central Africa a few months ago, and Mr. E. Farrow (Waitoa), and a companion have drawn a fifteen-mile three-rifle deer-stalking block in South Wcstland, for the season which opens in April. The particular block is in Wills Valley, a place where some of the best heads have been obtained in recent years.

Mr. Livingstone left by last night's Main Trunk express, and will be joined by his companions in C'hristchureh. The expedition is expected to last about a month.
