HARRE—COLE.

The marriage of Miss Mavis Cole, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Cole, of Ohakune, to Mr. Alfred Harre, of Ohakune, took place on Friday at St. John's Church. The Rev. P. A. Stanley ofliciated. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a dress of ivory crcpe de chine, laco rtrimmed with touches of silver, and a diamante buckle. She wore' an embroidered veil, and carried a bouquet of lilies. Miss Peggy Dinwoodie, who was bridesmaid, was in a frock of apricot crepe de chine. Mr. Leslie Cole, brother of the bride, acted as best man. A reception was later held at the home of the bride's parents.
