I I DEATH OF SMALL BOY. ' EVIDENCE AT INQUEST. ' A verdict of accidental death was re- ; turned by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., yesterday afternoon concerning tlie | death of Allan Joseph Williams, aged i nine, who received fatal injuries through being struck on the head by a piece of concrete in Panmure Road, Ellerslie, on Sunday afternoon. The evidence showed that deceased, together with four other boys, crossed ! Panmure Road to a gateway of a residence where an iron chain was suspended 1 between two posts composed of blocks! of concrete.
