MISSING SUBMARINE.

NOW REPORTED SAFE,

(Received 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, January 31. The United States submarine S3, which was reported missing yesterday, is now proceeding under her own power to Guatanamo Bay. There is no report as to the reason for lack of communication with the vessel.
