Blaiming sensatinoal journalism for a recent suicide epidemic throughout the whole country, the new Police President has prohibited the newspaper;- from publishing news of suicides in tho first news page. Such items must l>e tucked away on other pages without headings. Photographs of people committing suicide are entirely prohibited. Transgressors against this order will be heavily punished.— ("Sydney Sun.")
