While employed as the driver of a j breed cart, Bother was given a £5 note ; in mistake for £1, and he. converted the difference to his own use. He failed i also to account for £2 4/2 which he collected from a customer, and he stole B- He had hem previously convicted, in company with otaers, ontwo charges ;of converting motor cars to his own use, and had been admitted to three years' probation. The probation officer said Bonner had reported regularly, and had made regular payments in restitution of £66 which he had been ordered to pay for his part in previous offences. Mr. Salmon, S.M.. warning accused that this was the last time he could expect leniency, admitted him to a further term >of probation of twelve months.
