FUND PROVIDED IX DUNEDIN

DUNEDIN, this day,

Under the will of the late Miss Christine Mackenzie, who was well known in business circles of Dunedin, a fund is to be established for the purpose of assisting ladies in poor circumstances in the Dunedin district by annual grants which are to be decided upon by her trustees with the advice and assistance of the Anglican Bishop of Dunedin. It is provided that no beneficiary shall receive a greater sum in any one year than £25, and it is estimated that the number of beneficiaries will between eight and twelve.
