MAN SENT TO GAOL.

PALMERSTON N., Friday.

Found guilty on three charges of stealing cattle at Waituna West, Kenneth Humphries was sentenced by Mr. Justice Reed to four months' imprisonment. His Honour intimated that he had taken into account the fact that the prisoner had already been in gaol since May.
