Patrick Joseph Heggarty, aged 29, appeared in the Police Court this morning before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., charged with being drunk in Marine Square, Devonport, yesterday, and with using obscene language. Thj arresting constable stated that he twice warned accused and told him to go home. Accused then came looking for him and wanted to fight witness. Heggarty that he did not remember anything about it. On the first charge he was fined 5/ or in default 24 hours', and on the second £2 or seven days.
