Everything points to prices being good this winter for all classes of fats. . Store Sheep.—A good demand exists Tor nil classes, ewes in laiitb, wethers, and good store boggeta being keenly sought after. Store Cattle.—There is a fair demand for grown bullocks and two and thrcc-ycar steers; also a good Inquiry for yearling Jersey and Jersey cross heifers, store cows being dull of sale. Dairy Cattle.—Some good sales hare taken Dlfrce. cMefly of Jersey and Jersey cross springing heifers, but vendor's in meet cast's are asking prices in excess of what buyers are prepared to give. Pigs.—-ttotb fats and stores are coming forward In large numbers, fats making equal to Sjd lb. For so early In tbe season store* are meeting with keen competition, and realising good prices. Horses.—There is little doing In the horse market.
