The new scale of fees adopted through ' out the Dominion was stated to be 5 [ per cent on the first £300 on deals up to £2000, and 2$ per cent on the balj ance. ) The new rules were adopted. : It was also decided to incorporate ■ the branch. The president, Mr. A. Sorby, in his ' annual report, referred to the* value of [ the recent Dominion conferenc-a at Hamilton.
