j ELECTION OK OFFICERS. i ißy <>\vi, Currrspnrxlent.) i OPOTIKI. Saturday. i At the annual meeting of the Opotiki 'branch of the Farmers' I'nion, Mr. H. S. Moody presided. It was decided to urge the (Jovernment to abolish the Arbitration Court. The election of officers resulted: President, Mr. fl. S. Moody; vice-pi evident, Mr. A. K. Small; secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. H. Pearson; auditor, Mr. .1. T. Merry. The president was appointed delegate to the Auckland Provincial Conference.
