NOT BEHAVING HIMSELF.
MUST KEEP OUT OF HOTELS
MAN GIVEN ANOTHER CHANCE
'"I've been behaving myself. Why, I have been walking the streets looking for work, and only went into a hotel to look for accommodation," said Eli Mitchell (4S) in answer to the charge of having failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his release on probation, preferred against him at the Police Court this morning.
However, Senior Sergeant Edwards said that Mitchell had not been reporting himself, and had been going into hotels.
"You have not been behaving yourself. You keep out of hotels now,"* said Mr. Hunt in convicting accused and ordering him to come up for sentence when called upon.
