FRUIT FOR SOUTH AMERICA.
THE PAKEHA SHIPMENT
The New Zealand Fruit Export Control Board advises that it has received a cablegram from J. J. Hore and Company in Montevideo advising that the steamer Pakeha, which loaded in Auckland on March 9, has arrived, and the fruit is in good condition.
Included in a Luge shipment of fruit taken from New Zealand by the Pakeha re i 364 cases of aPPles from Auckland. ■lfce larger consignments, from Nelson. ■were loaded at Wellington.
