Di Pinedo was again unsuccessful in [lis effort to take off in continuation of his trans-Atlantic flight from Praia, in the Cape Verde Islands. He will make mother attempt to-night. A RIVAL SETS OUT. ROME, February 21. A Uruguayan aviator named Larra Bordes has departed from Pisa for Malaga, in Spain. This is the first stage on a projected :ran«-Atlantic flight. MALAGA BEACHED. (Received 1.30 p.m.> MADRID, February 21. The aviator, Bordes has arrived at Malaga.
