AMATEUR GOLF.
N.S.W. CHAMPIONSHIP.
SYDNEY, February 17.
The New South Wales Golf Council has fixed June 4 as the commencing date for the New South Wales amateur •rolf championship and the KirkWindeyer Cup competition. They will extend to June 18.
The council has decided to adopt the same conditions as those which ruled last year for both events. The meeting will be held at the Royal Sydney Golf Club's links.
A sub-committee has been appointed to arrange for the reception and entertainment of New Zealand players.
Entries will be accepted from New Zealand visitors for the Royal Sydney Cup. This competition will be played on June 6.
