CROQUET.
HAMILTON TOURNAMENT. (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Thursday. The championship croquet tournament was continued at Hamilton to-day. The final of the championship doubles was won by Mesdames Laurie and Brighting, who , easily defeated Megdaines Coombes and I Dillicar. Results of the section play were as follow :— CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES. Section A.—Mrs. Goldsbury beat Mrs. ! Totman and Mrs. McGonnell; Mrs. Bright- ! ing beat Mrs. Totman; Mrs. Evans beat i Mrs. Horton; Mrs. Coombes beat Mrs. | O'Brien: Mrs. Horton beat Mrs. McGonnell i Section B.—Mrs. Meikle beat Mrs. Deng: ■Mrs. Laurie beat Mrs. Hodgkinson; Mrs Hodgkinson beat Mrs. Bartlett; Mrs. Bartlot t beat Mrs. Meikle.
