DEVALUATION COMMITTEES.
THREE MORE APPOINTED.

In furtherance of the Government's policy of dealing with lands which have partly reverted to second growth, the Minister of Lands has appointed four more revaluation committees to operate in Auckland, Taranaki, and Wellington land districts.
The Auckland committee (Western) comprises Mr. G. W. Richards, farmer, Otorohanga (chairman); R. C. Pollock, field inspector. Lands and Survey Department, Auckland; Mr. G. W. Hyde, district valuer, Valuation Department, ilton.
Auckland Committee (Eastern): Mr. G. W. Richards, Otorohanga, (chairman); R. C. Pollock, field, inspector, Lands and Survey Department, Auckland; Mr. W. A. Meredith, district valuer, Valuation Department, Rotorua.
