YOUTH PINNED TO ROAD.
COLLISION WITH MOTOR LORRY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, Thursday. Harry Barratt, aged 18, riding a motor cycle, collided with a motor lorry while going along Maxwell Road. When.the lorry pulled up the front wheel had to be jacked up to release the youth's left leg, which was pinned to the road. He was removed to the W T airau Hospital, where he underwent an operation for severe injuries to his leg.
