Italy Cannot Feed Her Populace. "SPREAD OR EXPLODE." (Received 11.30 a.m.) VIENNA, January 50. "Despite all her scientific efforts, Italy cannot feed her own people. She must either spread or explode," declares Signor Mussolini, in an interview in the "Neue Freie Presse." "This does not mean that Italy proposes to attack any of her neighbours. The growth of Italy is an affair of evolution. We must be patient, as England has been."
