PERSONAL.
Captain and Mrs. H. Hillman, of Hongkong, are at Hotel Cargen. Mr. Beaumont Smith, managing director of J. C. Williamson Films, Ltd., will leave this evening for the South. Mr. M. Segedin left yesterday for Wellington by motor ear, for a week's tour. Mr. F. J. Mouat was admitted as a barrister at the Supreme Court this afternoon by His Honor Mr. Justice Stringer, on the motion of Mr. A. L. Denniston. Grand Hotel guests include Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Abell (Washington), Dr. B. E. Galway (Dunedin), Mr. W. Hamilton and Mr. C. P. Roberts (Tokaanu), Mr. L. F. Cummings and Mr. R. A. Clements (Sydney).
The Rev. and Mrs. A. Stanley (Ohakune), Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Porteou's (Wellington). Mr. R. Gregg (Napier), and Mr. W. (I. Hayward (Xgatea), are at tlie Star Hotel.
