MOKAI.

Colin Clark, a former pupil of the Mokai School, gained first prize and a Bond scholarship for engineering at Hamilton Technical College. The Taupo Totara Timber Company's sawmill tor some weeks previous to Christmas was working only four days a week, closing down on Thursday night. The mills are now in operation again, and the same conditions prevail. The Tihoi mill is working full time.
