Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Uoskill Koad Board, held on TUESDAY, the 14th day of December 1026, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Board to be held on TUESDAY, the 11th day of January, 1927, at 7.30 p.m., at the Office of the Board, Mount Albert Road, Mount RoSkilL RESOLUTION. That the Mount Roskill Road Board, under authority contained in Section 2S of The Road Boards Act, 11)08, increase the number of members to be elected for the Mount Roskill Road District to nine members, and that the increase in the membership of the Board shall become operative at the next annual election of Members, to be held on SATURDAY, the 7th day of May, 1927. Notice is hereby given that the Mount Roskill Road Board intends to fix the Permanent Levels of Dominion Road from Boundary Road to Mount Albert Road. The plan of the proposed levels is open for inspection during office hours at the Office of the Mount Roskill Road Board. Any objections to the proppsed levels by persons affected thereby must be lodged in writing with the undersigned not later than 4 p.m. on the 15th day of January, 1927. Pursuant to Section 8 of the Dogs Registration Act, 1908. notice is hereby given that the fee for the Registration of Dogs for the Mount Roskill Eoad District for the year 1927 is now payable to the Registrar of Dogs, Mr. S. Whitworth, Tawa Road, Onehunga. The amount of the fee has been fixed as follows:—Greyhounds, Ten Shilling; for each dog kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, Two Shillings and Sixpence; any other dog, Five Shillings.
