AUCKLAND V. CANTERBURY TEAMS FOB TO-MORROW. (By Telegraph.— Special to "Star."! / CHBISTCHURCH, this day. / The Auckland team arrived in Christchurch yesterday, all being well, after a fine trip. In Wellington they saw the final stages of the Wellington v. Minor Associations' game, and met Messrs. Williams and Patrick, selectors of the team for England. Local residents are extending every hospitality to the players. To-day there was a good practice of batting and fielding at Lancaster Park. The teams for Saturday are :— Auckland. — Dacre, Allcott. Gillespie. Rowntree, Player. Mills, Frater, Wilson, Bowley, Cooper, and Matheson. Canterbury.—Patrick, Crawford, Gregory, Oliver, Page, Cox, Read. Sandman, Burrows, Cunningham, and Boon. The South Australian visit is still IndefiInite. There Iβ no reply to the council's communication yet from Adelaide.
