c , MATAKANA TO LOAD. Arriving at Auckland this morning from Newcastle to load New Zealand cargo, the Shay. Savill and Albion Line steamer Marakana anchored in the stream. She is to berth later at the Prince's wharf. For further loading tlie steamer will proceed from this port to New Plymouth. Wanganui. Picton and Wellington, being scheduled to sail finally from the last named port on February 1 for Southampton and London, via the Panama route. Captain Thurston is in command of the Matakana.
