COLOUR LAW CONFERENCE. PROCEEDINGS IN PRIVATE. (Received 12.30 p.m). CAPETOWN, December 20. Sunday was generally observed by the Indian community as a day of prayer for the success of the conference on the Indian question. The business sessions will open to-day and the proceedings are private.
