OUTBREAKS IN IRELAND.
1 .. 'military activity in cork, civic guards overcome. LONDON, November 15. There have been sensational raids in Cork city and county. It is reported that the Civic Guard was overcome and the police station was ransacked, bundles of documents being removed by armed men. In the course of the disturbance Sergt. Fitzsimmons was shot dead while in charge of St. Luke's barracks. There were simultaneous raids on other barracks where guards were also overpowered, premises searched and documents taken. No arrests are reported. Great military activity in Cork has followed the
