PROBATION ABUSED.
FIVE MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT.
(By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. __ "That he obtained £5 from Rupert Scott by falsely representing he was an accountant at the head of a Dunedin firm, and that, by committing the above offence, he broke his probationary license," were charges admitted at the Magistrate's Court by George William Nelson Wildermoth, a grocer, aged 45. Accused had been admitted to probation in Christchurch for another offence. He was sentenced tot three months' imprisonment on the present charges, and to a similar term for his previous offence, for which he had been, ordered to come up when called upon.
