NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.
The head olfice or the National BanK of New Zealand has received the following cable from the London office: —" The 'directors of the -National B&'nk of New Zealand, Ltd., recommend a JJhal dividend of 12 per cent per annum Tor the'half-year /•iide'd March 31 last, and a bonus or 2 per cent, both free of tax. This dividend and bonus is the same as last year."
