OHINEMUEI MINES. A sharp advance took place this week in j the price of shares in the Ohinemuri Gold and Silver Minos, Ltd. At the beginning of the week these shares could have been got nt about 3/, then at one call sales took I place from 4/3 to ">/. The next day 6/ i was reached, after which pricee eased back ■ to 5/4, and at the noon call to-day went up to (5/ again. Inquiry has elicited the information thnt there has been an improvement in the Camoola lode, as a rib of good j sulphide ore. abnut four feet in width was I nwt with Other rtbs of sulphide ore also exist, but of smaller size. A feature of a few pieces of the ore sent to the office of the company is that the sulphide is in wavy linos, which is always a good sign ' for that class of stone. SOUTHERN EXCHANGES.
